There was a phone interview which was basically a screening for the actual interview. This was a one on one and was very straightforward, with basic questions about experience and skills. Also the process was very fast from application to interview to hiring.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
