Colloquio
I filled out an application that I found on Career Builder and received a response email the next day. The response email asked me to fill out a questionnaire. Once I completed the questionnaire I was called the next day by a HR recruiter and invited in for an in person interview. After that first interview we scheduled an "In branch" interview where I went to an Enterprise branch and learned about the day-to-day operation and then was interviewed by a branch manager and an area manager. After this interview I was called in to meet with a Group Rental Manager. This was the final interview. I received a phone call and was offered the job a few days later.

Colloquio
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.

Colloquio
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
