I had one phone screening interview, pretty standard. Just wanted to make sure everything was normal and you could hold a conversation. After the phone interview, you will experience 3 in-person interviews. The first one was at the head branch of San Diego in Mira Mesa. I was then required to shadow the company environment in the location closest to me (PB) which was followed up by an interview with the Area Manager. After passing that interview, I was required to have a final interview, with the Director of HR(hiring). This was not a traditional interview, as she did not ask me any questions regarding experience/skills. She wanted to make sure that I knew what I was getting myself into, and that this is actually something I wanted to do. Ultimately, I think once you make it to the Final interview, you are good.
