Applied for the position online knowing pay-rate(non-negotiable) @ local ERAC and was emailed days later about scheduling a phone interview. Asked for the 1st opening phone interview following day. Simple with just a few questions, How did I handle pressure during my previous job. Then asked if I had any questions. I recommend that you do. Ask anything so that you look interested in being hired. I was then told that I was to receive an email to fill-out details for a background check. I was called the next day for an interview. I was asked the same phone interview questions. I was told that I was hired but at another branch the next town over. A little disappointing because now that cuts into the commuting costs at the few hours and given pay rate. I accepted because I needed a job. Waited over a week just to hear back from ERAC by email saying now they need references. lol Then a few more days later I was emailed again, that my background was complete and that I was now officially hired and go to orientation over an hour commute to another county just to for that, at there HQ. Really?

I applied online and they called me a few days later for a phone interview. They asked pretty standard questions about my availability since I am in college, they also asked questions for a background do check (have you ever had any at fault accidents, has your license ever been suspended, etc.) After that was over, I was scheduled for an in person interview.
The in person interview was a little rocky but understandable. I went in but the manager who was supposed to interview me wasn't there (family emergency.) One of the other workers had to interview me. He was really nice and easy to talk to. He asked about past experiences that would correlate to the position I was applying for. The interview was only about 20 minutes.
After the interview, he introduced me to a current service agent and allowed him to show me around. He told me the basic duties and they seemed pretty easy and understandable. I would say the whole process was simple.

Basically went in for a 15-30 min interview. Business casual dress even though the position was casual. Asked a couple of questions about my availability and wanted to make sure I knew what the job entailed. Got a call back to start work about a couple days later.

Very professional and quick most handled online with multiple choice questions. You have to pass a drug and background check. The location for the drug testing is several miles away located in a warehouse district. The wait time to supply the sample for the drug test was over an hour.
