Fairly short and consisted of a group and a one on one. It is a branch by branch hiring process, so the branch manager is typically with whom you speak. A lot of movement, promotions mostly, take place in the company, so you may interview with one individual and in 3 months begin working with a totally different person. Besides that, the process was not arduous at all and to go from branch to branch was not difficult either.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
