It was one interview that contain a one on one conversation with one of managers. He took me though the steps of what was expected of me if I was hired. He gave me an opportunity to meet and fellowship with some of employees. Had me to sign a few papers like direct deposit, 401k, and other material.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.
