All 3 interviews are very upbeat. The first interview was through a screening video with HR. Albert stepped in for Kelsey while she was out, but that interview was great. The more we talked the less nervous I became. The second interview was with the Branch Manager Joe Garza in Temple Tx. As soon as I walked into the branch I was welcomed by several people. Made feel right at home. This second interview (Branch observation) lasted about an hour and I was able to have a tour of the place and talk to some of the employees one on one and get to talk to them about their experiences. They were all positive. The 3rd interview was with the area manager Mark Martinez. This interview focused more on me and what my goals are, which is a little different from what I was use to. But it was nice to know that Enterprise really does look out for their employees. I felt like I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me. Everyone was very friendly and made you feel part of the team/family already.
