My interview process consisted of 3 stages: During the first virtual interview we discussed specifics from my educational and work history. The second interview took place in person, where we got more in depth with all the day-to-day job responsibilities and routines branch locations deal with, also got to meet with some part of the staff and discuss their experience with the company. In the third and final interview I got the chance to interview with one of the Regional Vice Presidents, where we discussed more of my big picture career goals and why I feel I'd make a positive impact on the company. Overall, a great experience filled with high-quality professional individuals!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
