Starting with introducing themselves and gave me an opportunity to introduce myself. This made me feel comfortable going into the interview. Had standard behavioural questions. Had an issue regarding this position not being suitable for me. We discussed the matter extensively, I was definitely listened to. We discussed other positions which may be more suitable to my skillset. They helped put me in touch with another team from within the organisation which would be more suitable for me.
