Once you send in your resume, the company contacts you through email for a phone interview. In my case, Epic Tutor was coming to a career fair on campus so we just planned to meet there. In that interview, they asked questions about my teaching experience and why I wanted to be a tutor, how i did on my SATs, ACTs, things like that. After that, an email notified me of my acceptance into the next round of the interview which was testing. I was asked to come to their headquarters on a Saturday and take the full SAT to make sure that I knew basic math and english comprehension. I actually terminated my application here because of other nonrelated reasons but I know that after this, there is one last round where you give a five minute lesson plan.
