I was contacted by this company for a design role and was given a task to complete, which I submitted within the deadline. I was later invited for an in-person meeting at their office but surprisingly, no one was present at the location. Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and messages, I received no response afterward. As a candidate, I invested my time and effort in good faith. The complete lack of communication and closure was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. I hope the company improves its hiring practices and treats applicants with the respect and transparency they deserve.
