I applied online and I received an email from the Head of Recruiting to set up a phone interview. It went pretty well, and the recruiter "State" she would get back to me in regards to the next steps. A week went by and no word from the recruiter. I sent her a follow-up e-mail and she never responded. After a few days, I sent another follow-up e-mail and she responded by saying "I am sorry for the delay as the team at Equinox was out of the office last week attending to our customer support office in Arizona. The team is updating me at 3 pm today. I should have some news for you then." I sent another follow-up e-mail and no response. Horrible communication skills.
