Overall pretty ok. I applied while I was still studying so I ha no prior similar work experience. I applied for manufacturing engineering position but when I came to interview the manager of manufacturing engineering told me that i am not really a fit a that they were looking for industrial engineer which would be a better fit from their perspective. We talked about what subjects I have in university, what kind of work does Ericsson do etc. Quite basic questions but I figured they were truing to find out if the work itself would fit me.
