Pretty much interviewer went on my college campus. The director for the branch I would be working at looked over my resume and he talked about the job. It was very helpful and the interview went very well.
The hiring process begins with a Human Resources phone interview that includes position-specific questions. This is followed by two separate managerial interviews focusing on general and technical topics. These interviews also assess behavioral competencies such as teamwork and problem-solving skills.
