Applied for project manager role in September 2021. Did not hear anything for about a week until I was checking my spam box and found an email from Erie asking for a video recorded interview and I had 72 hours to finish it. Email was sent to me on Friday at 9am I found to email on Sunday morning at 7am so I had only 2 hours to record and submit. I was not able to video answer all questions in that time and the interview closed. I email and called the HR department on Monday and no one responded back when I asked about opening the interview back up. So at this point it has been a horrible experience and I will not be applying for any other positions with this company .

Email follow up after I applied followed by interview. 3 out of 5 interviewers showed up on video call due to Covid 19 issues today.I felt I was way over qualified for the role. Infact I was surprised how 2 senior members didn’t even bother to show up. And the remaining panel just asked silly cookie cutter questions. I felt I was almost revealing how to better them at their jobs than interview I thought I was to give. It was pathetic experience!!
