Phone screening followed by 3 hour interview including skill/psychometric testing. They also video record the interview but don’t tell you that until after you have done all of the testing. Then nothing for 4 weeks at which point they sent a ‘you were unsuccessful’ email - most unprofessional business I have ever interacted with.
