First applied online then was asked to do an online test. Once Id past the online test I was then asked to do an online test in which I was asked competency questions. Once id past that stage I was invited for a face to face interview with the operations manager which again asked more or less the same questions as the telephone interview. Went through all those stages to be told I was the wrong type of engineer. Company does not offer reimbursement even though I had to travel from Leeds to Milton Keynes. Would not recommend applying to this company.
