was first contacted by dept heads actually hiring, was then sent to HR, then back to meet direct supervisor, then back for HR. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with talent acquisition teams. Finally was made an offer.

5 rounds of interviews with behavioral questions and hypothetical scenarios to assess leadership skills and decision making approach. The last round with the hiring manager’s boss was considered difficult as she grilled on past experiences and how you would strategize to solve the issues at hands in the first 30 days.

The process is just as long as you would expect for a mid to high level corporate job. Phone screening, manager zoom call, 2nd manager call, executive zoom call, offer. Every interviewer had a nice personality so it didn’t feel dreadful.
