Applied online and about 2 weeks after was sent an email asking for availability for an in- person interview. The HR rep was not a very strong communicator and made the scheduling process seem more confusing then it should have been. I interviewed at Estee Lauder (Melville,NY) in March. I had two separate interviews both very nice people and a very relaxed environment and interview. After about 2 weeks I emailed the HR rep that set up the email and have not heard back from the rep.

There are 3 rounds: one with HR, one with Hiring Manager, final one with Hiring Manager's superior. The interview with HR was terrible although her title is HR Manager. She was like just called candidates to fulfill her KPI for the day. The interview with HR was online and she kept yawning, playing phone and didn't focus on the answers of candidate at all. She just asked 3 questions for fun and closed the call within 15 minutes.
