Phone interview with Michael Page and then F2F with Michael Page. I went on to interview onsite at Estee Lauder. The interview was a half day. Had to prepare a presentation and do a business case. Overall a great experience but think that Estee Lauders management only seeks FMCG experience and not open to different backgrounds

it was a normal behavioral interview at campus recruiting event. it seemed like it looked for good fit personally as well as professionally. a lot of emphasis on company culture.
