After I applied, I was contacted by HR who asked me the usual screening questions. After that I had an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I had another interview with the hiring manager's boss. The interviews themselves weren't too bad. The nature of the role was explained to me then I was asked how my experience was relevant, etc. After all that I was ghosted. I followed up once and was told they'd get back to me in a week. It's been months lol I obviously didn't get the job but more than that I'm disappointed in the lack of courtesy shown by them. I don't think it's asking for too much if I'm expecting a response after having spoken with the director.
