It left an unproffesional impression on me. I was given a take home case I had to work on, which was basically asking me to provide a 6 month full fledged acquisition strategy for them. Despite not being a fan of such lenghty tasks, I went on to do it and was given supporting data as an excel file to base the strategy upon. The excel file was full of errors; from % s that don't add up to a 100 and sums that don't add up to a total. Still delivered a comprehensive deck for them, upon which I was asked to "record" a 10 minute loom going in more detail through my OOH strategy. 2 problems with that: 1) I never had anything about any OOH strategy in my deck (Clearly they asked for all these things and then can't be bothered to check what the candidate proposed once he delivered it) 2) You can not define the interview steps and then squueze further and new to-do s in like that. After that ask, I had withdrawn my application, but for the sake of my fellow marketing folks, I wanted to warn them about such an audacious company. I think the marketing of this place is run by unprofessional and incompetent people.

Applied, received an invite to pick time and date for screening interview with Becca. Friendly interview with indicators of going forward, then ghosted including 2 follow ups 2 and 4 weeks later.
