2 parts - take home test and onsite interview. Take home test was regarding a market research for a specific country. Had to do basic percentages, name top players, breakdown etc. Onsite interview consisted of a meeting with an HR person and a team leader. Quite informal, you would be asked of position related questions, how would you act during the research process etc.

I had an interview for this position after seeing it reposted multiple times over the last year. During the interview, the recruiter seemed more interested in collecting detailed personal information than discussing my qualifications or the specifics of the role. This experience, combined with the constant reposting, makes it seem like this listing is more about data collection than filling an actual job. It’s disappointing and concerning, and I’d advise caution before sharing any sensitive information.
