She told me about the location, asked me about myself and my work experience. Explained the training process to me and then hired me on the spot! She explained that although they do have set times in which they would like for you to meet certain goals, if it comes to that point and you need more time they are willing to give it to you because they want to set you up for success. This was what made me feel the most comfortable in taking the job because it has been about 2 years since I graduated school for esthetics. Knowing they go above and beyond to train you properly made let go of any jitters I had about starting a job so late in the game. I am excited to finally start my esthetics career in a corporate setting.
