The first phone interview requires basic information they need in order to confirm whether or not you may be a "good fit". They ask if you live in the area, have reliable transportation, about your education and work experience. If they like you, you're asked to come in for a second interview. The second interview consists of questions regarding your strengths, weaknesses, your personality, efficiency, and reliability in the workplace. They inform you of their compensation and room for growth. They tell you about the company and ask if you're willing to try the services and products to ensure your sales tactics are backed by experience.
