The interview started with HR call followed by take home coding exercise to create a rest endpoint. I completed the test I mean a complete solution with test , documentation etc but I received an email saying they cannot move forward. I further mail them to assist with the actual feedback from the coding exercise but no response . Please don't waste your time withe them regarding java take-home test.

A recruiter (indi_an origin) reached out with a job opportunity, and after a brief call, she assigned me a task to upload via Dropbox for evaluation. Over a month with no feedback or activity even though I sent email and she acknowledged receiving the task. I sent an email to employer branding and she called after a day or two, only to tell me that I had to upload it on some link she shared in a formal email. Come on, why didn’t you mentioned that when you acknowledged my submission over email 😶 I felt to be a victim of rac_ist behavior. During our conversation, I mentioned that I could apply for the EU Blue Card on my own and that the company wouldn’t need to handle visa processing—but she seemed completely unaware of the process. Although relocation was listed in the JD, her reaction suggested hesitation once she realized I wasn’t based in Germany, despite assuring me otherwise. Given the silence since then, It’s clear my time is better spent with employers who are prepared and communicative.
