Multi-stage interview with different groups of people who all seem unsure on what they're doing and don't talk to each other. Things discussed at interview are not later actioned. There is a culture interview in which they make you feel under the cosh. TIP - Take notes and get everything discussed at interview put them into writing and get them accepted afterwards, as they will leave a large gap at the end presumably during which they're interviewing other people, then subsequently come back to you a few weeks later with an offer by which you've forgotten what actually happened.
