It took a long time to get a call and schedule an interview. It was close to five weeks after I applied. The questions are mostly Behavioral Based interview questions. These are all open-ended questionswith no right or wrong answers. They are designed to see how you will react or have reacted in certain situations.

Slow process to start, first a phone and ntervies then in person with 3 managers. Next step was interview with manager. After 2nd interview you will hear from recruiters. Once recruiters call they will send you an offer. You can ask for more but definitely do your research before hand.

There was an interview with the HR and Becca Griffin was awesome! She made another interview with the the senior supervisor and Manager and then one with the manager and director !

Simple, standard interview questions. Some questions were situational and others were common (i.e. tell me how you've improved a process). It took nearly 4 months to hear back after my interview. I thought they moved on.
