Interview process took several weeks. I filled out application and submitted resume via Eversource website. After completing and passing an online assessment, I moved on to a virtual interview. The interview was a little bizarre. I joined the group interview to find that there were multiple candidates in a virtual "waiting room". We were all instructed that we would each be answering ten timed interview questions. After each question was answered and the allotted time expired, we again returned to the "waiting room". There we all stared quietly at one another via the zoom platform. After answering the ten questions (all asked by random current employees), and never getting an opportunity to speak with the actual talent acquisition representative, the interview was ended. Applicants never had an opportunity to ask follow up questions. I found the entire experience and interview process to be very peculiar. The talent acquisition representative did not respond to any of several emails sent to him during this process.

Hands down the stupidest interview. Someone in another review described it best: "Like virtual speed dating." So it was like a main room with everyone, then you get sent into the one on one for a single question. Each question was a different person. They give you like 45 seconds to answer, but waste 20 seconds introducing themselves. Then back to the main room. Rinse and repeat for 10 questions. Got a canned rejection only HOURS after the interview. Complete waste of time.
