Applied online through Craigslist. Phone interview with HR. In person interview (lasted 20 minutes with HR). Was mostly about my work experience, what I've liked about my previous positions and what I didn't like about them. Asked how I handle stress, what are my hobbies outside of work, what I look for in an employer. Got a call back with in 2 days.
