The interview was very easy. Had to write up an email to send to a customer who has been having issue with a parcel. The interviewer gives you some time to type this up. Overall, it was not stressful at all.

Interview process was a fairly standard competency based interview, few various questions around experience in customer service etc. nothing difficult just around past experiences and job roles. This was done with 2 interviewers
