Have two phones interviews, one with HR and one with a tech employee. Neither interview was difficult. Had some odd questions and the tech interview was done by a newer employee so none of the questions were to in-depth.. The next step would have been a 4 hour in-person interview. In the end they wanted someone with more experience for an entry level position
