The first round interview was very brief and fairly laid back, around 20 minutes long. I had the pleasure of meeting with Zeik, the leader of this particular office and really enjoyed his friendly manner, his desire to create rapport right away, and his genuine interest in both my professional AND personal goals. He appears to be a solid leader and man of character. Excited for the 2nd round interview which will be more in depth and inside the store to get some hands on experience and a feel for what the day to day would look like. So far, I'm pleasantly surprised by this company!
