Submitted resume and got a call. The interview was with the owner and was over 2 hours. Most of it was him talking about the company and what they did and how they had work. He was very cocky and arrogant. There was only 3 planes on the hangar and there was no one working. The facilities were decent but the hangar was cluttered. I was not impressed. The offer was equal to what I was currently making and the health insurance was very expensive. I turned it down.
