Standard interview process. I met with the hiring manager for my first interview. We covered all the important aspects of the job for which I was highly qualified with years of experience. Discussions centered around technical skills, accuracy and timeliness of work practices.

First round: behavioral interview on campus with 2 individuals from the Finance team. Second round: 3 behavioral interviews on site with VP level individuals. No finance/energy questions, only behavioral questions. Both rounds had an emphasis on why Exelon and why energy. The interviewers left lots of time for questions, so come prepared with several questions to ask.
