The process was fast. They were helpful with all the travel expense. I had two interviews : one is a small interview with a hiring manager. After this one I was sent some data and told to make a recommendation system. Then there was a presentaion and three more interviews. I realized half way through the presentation that there was a flaw in the model and became very nervous after that and messed up everything. I missed questions which were very easy. The hiring team was decent and helpful and intelligent. However, even though I did not perform well at the final round, I had taken the time to the entire test and come all the way for the interview. What bugged me os that they have the courtesy to even send a rejection mail or change you status online. Almost 2 months now.

The interview experience was positive overall. The interviewers were understanding, supportive, and created a comfortable environment for me to share my thinking. The questions were thoughtful and relevant to the role. However, the process was significantly slower than expected — there were long gaps between rounds with little proactive communication, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on next steps. Faster communication between stages would greatly improve the candidate experience.
Technical phone screen and then 4 rounds of interviews that covered machine learning, coding, and soft skills. They let me know they were not going to make an offer several weeks after the interview.
