Was contact day after applying online for phone interview the next week. Basic questions in phone interview, they reviewed and got back to me for an onsite interview.
Onsite interview with 2 groups of 2 people with an hour for each group.
In between groups was given a short test with an attention-to-detail question, a couple logic questions and three values to determine from 2 short database table samples and a script (if-then-else logic, but not actual code)

Asked to walk through past jobs and project samples.
Asked about testing experience and samples.
Asked about project management and experience producing technical documents.
Test questions:
Compared 2 short EDI files before and after to see detail differences.
Logic question asking what's going on with sample if-then's and how you would test.
Sample script with given variable values and SQL to 2 short database tables where you need to determine certain values from the script like statements.

I meet the recruiter at a job fair at my university and followed up by applying on their site. They requested a phone screening and an interview shortly afterward. The in person interview is a 3 hour multi-tier interview on-site. In this case, at the Seattle office They follow-up within two weeks with a yes/no.

Questions are based on STAR format which I wasn't familiar with. My answers won't help you since I didn't get the job and I didn't follow this format.
1. Describe the worst customer service you've ever given?
2. How would you get a team member/customer who isn't responding to respond to a request?
3. What was your favorite course in college?
I kept getting asked if the skills assessment test was something I'd like to do and what part of the skills assessment test would be my favorite part of the job.
Skills assessment was easy. Basic QA test, IF/THEN logic and reading a SQL query. You don't even have to get the skills assessment right (from what they say) you just have to walk them through your thought process.

Colloquio
Was interviewed by two separate groups. The first group was upper management and they were very nice and it was mostly a get to know you type interview. The second group was lower level management and they asked more technical questions and reviewed a EDI test that you took in between. They were pretty rude.
