I've been interviewing for a position since 3 months. Still no response or result on the interview. This place sucks big time and the recruiters too. This is the worst interview loop I've been through in my whole life

From the initial contact from the recruiter after applying for the position, until the final interview with the entire team took over a full month to complete. Interview process was with the recruiter, scheduled with hiring manager, then with lead developer, main IT contact, and then a final panel interview with all parties. After final interview where a slide deck was required (and the team requested a copy of the deck), and after several follow ups with the recruiter, I have yet to receive a response from the hiring team. The experience was long, tedious and ultimately negative as I never received a yes/no or constructive feedback. I received another offer from a different employer so I responded via email that I would need to remove my candidacy but did not receive a response from that either. Do better, Experian.
