Had a short aptitude test to test your GCSE maths and English skill - very easy. There was a group interview with two other candidates as well as a 1:1 interview. The group interview consisted of being asked questions on how we would handle different classroom-type scenarios, and the 1:1 interview was your standard 1:1 interview - "What's your biggest weakness?"; that sort of thing.

The interview essentially asked me how to answer a few basic maths and grammar questions. It wasn't particularly difficult, but it is important to know that you must be able to explain how to answer a question or how to break and answer down so that a learner can follow the steps.
