Very quick and to the point. First there was a phone call from the employer offering the interview for the position, after hearing a bit about the position and telling a bit about myself we discussed my salary expectations and then scheduled for an interview one on one. After the interview with one of the owners the second owner also interviewed me. The next day they called me with a job proposal.
