The interview process was poorly planned as the interviewer had extremely poor time management and claimed to be transparent throughout the interview process, but was not. Had to follow up on multiple occasions because she claimed she would send me next steps and never follows through with what she says. Gave her multiple days of 4 hr time blocks to schedule my team interview and I found it unprofessional that she’d ask me to set this time aside but would never confirm what day/time. Eventually when it was scheduled, she set me to speak with the team at a completely random day/time without prior asking for my availability again (since she missed all the other times I tried to schedule). After meeting the team, I was truly excited for the opportunity to work for Extend and she claimed she’d let me know by “Tuesday” and would call me to let me know interview feedbacks. Tuesday passes, I hear nothing, I wait a few days and reach out and still nothing from her. I email her an entire week later and she finally emails me back saying I didn’t get the position, but still 0 feedback as to why that is. Completely unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging on multiple occasions. I would think twice before applying here for a sales position as that’s not the type of manager you want to work under and I hope this gets reviewed by the company so this doesn’t happen again.

Applied online, and had a Zoom interview with the head of the team. Interview was okay, interviewer seemed a little unorganized and distracted, but had great insight into the company and the role. The next part was doing a technical assignment. Turned it in and didn't hear back for two weeks, despite reaching out twice. Learned that they had decided to move on with someone else. I found this frustrating because I took my time to interview and work on the assignment, but they couldn't take the time to get back to me or offer me feedback.
