Dear Candidate, first of all my apologies for the experience. At a fast growing startup we are always short of bandwidth as hiring managers are also operators with growing responsibilities. Although I would also share with you that setting up interviews on weekends is a reality. I know we all love weekends but then we are at times optimising for speed. If that bothers you I will suggest you should think about joining any fast growing ship as it may eat up your weekends at times.
