I gave a 1h technical seminar for approximately 30 research scientists and answered technical questions they had during and after the talk. This was followed by nine 30 min one on one interviews/ discussions with some of the team members as well as a lab tour at the end of the day.

There are a bunch of senior employees in the interview. Throughout the interview, they all asked stupid questions just like kidergarden questions such as why do you do this, your movitation, what did you learn etc. Cannot believe they all have PhD degrees.

Pleasant, with friendly hosts and staff. Personal presentation of my skills with a very busy (as expected) follow-up of one-to-one meetings with the staff with a wide range of compatible expertise.

General questions about expertise and personal development.
Site visit and behavioral interview with multiple staff members, nice dinner, and tour of their facilities. They asked basic questions and it was largely focused on fit and attractiveness of their industry.
