Applied online, about a week later Zoom interview with four separate slots, behavioral question, technical, then again the behavioral question, then HR/Hiring manager's Q&A. Three days later saying my background doesn't fit the department's requirements. Of course, ExxonMobil would be calling for an interview only when a candidate's background(per Resume) matches with requirements. Why do they bother, ExxonMobil has my detailed resume well before we all wasted our time in the interview process. please do call only those background that fits your requirements. At least save some items.

2 round , first round 1 hour and second round 1 hour . Behavior questions and add to that technical questions about financial statements and accounting and previous experience i had in the past

Very comprehensive and simple. They asked work related question and the duration for interview is around 30-60 minutes. During interview, there are 3 panels which are section manager, supervisor, and senior employee.

I had an interview with the hiring manager where we talked more about my experience and how it lined up with what they were looking for. They asked a few behavioral questions and gave me some scenarios to see how I’d handle them. There was a technical one too, which wasn’t too bad, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. In the end, they gave me feedback and let me know their decision. It wasn’t too nerve-wracking, just felt like a good conversation to see if we were a good fit for each other.
