Company requires a resume and cover letter, as well as a voicemail call where you roleplay calling a customer. After that, you're expected to complete a skills assessment consisting of 10 scripts for a (hopefully imaginary) client. Once you've passed that, you move on to an interview.
Keep in mind that all of this is for a job that is described as "15-20/hr week contract position" that "can scale."
