I went to the career fair through my school and spoke with the HR representative at FANUC. She said this was kind of their first interview. Weeks later, I was got an email about a Virtual Interview Event at FANUC (virtual because of covid) which was 4 hours long and started with presentations by different managers in different areas. The HR rep. eventually paired me with 7 different managers in my area for individual interviews. Although, it was more of a dialogue than an interview. Overall great experience and I appreciated all of the information I gained from the presentations.
