Conversations with representatives of different divisions. You may never get feedback despite the fact that you have taken part in 1 or 2 interviews. It is a bit weird and unprofessional not to follow-up and provide feedback. Obviously the current recruitment process is not adhered to...not sure why such deviation is accepted tolerated by all employees involved in the selection.
