It all started off with a telephone interview, where you would be asked about your educational background, skills and your interest in the IT world. Then progressed to a video interview, which I found it uncomfortable as I had to answer to a pre-recorded questions.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
