Three interviews using 4 to 6 strength-based questions, lasted around 10 minutes each. The wording of the questions can often be awkward. All three interviews must be passed to proceed.

Phone interview and then an Assessment Day. 2 rounds in total. In a typical Assessment Day, there are 3 tests and 3 interviews. Tests: Maths test, IT aptitude test and Venn Diagram & Notation test. Interviews: with Account Manager, Business Trainer and Technical Trainer
No technical knowledge was tested when I had my interview with the business trainer and account manager. But then I was requested to sell myself to the account manager when she interviewed me. Apparently technical questions came up with the technical trainer but the questions were alright for me because I have basic IT background. I would say English is more important than IT knowledge in this company.

After a standard CV application, phone and video interviews were conducted before finally receiving an invitation to an assessment centre/ day. Here, there were numerical tests, verbal reasoning and 3 short interviews (approximately 5 questions each).
