Full morning of tests, interviews, and presentations. They provided lunch and we got to tour the training academy. You have a technical interview and one with a member of the sales team who tell you more about the process and how you go up for roles with the clients once you are in the training. It was hard but a lot of fun.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
